The Feefo British Travel Award for Excellence in Customer Service

We are delighted to confirm that, in conjunction with Feefo - the Global Feedback Engine - we are hosting "The Feefo British Travel Award for Excellence in Customer Service".

Now in its third year, this award uses genuine customer ratings for the quality of service received, and measurements based upon the engagement of organisations through using the Feefo platform, to identify which companies are truly worthy of this prestigious award.

Nominees entered in at least one of the BTA sectors are automatically eligible to enter this award, where one winner will be identified in each size category.  The criteria will follow the same format as you used when registering for the BTA awards.

This year, there will be three categories for The Excellence in Customer Service Award:

  • Large Holiday Companies will be open to tour operators carrying more than 80,000 pax per year and Villa/Self Catering Booking Companies catering for more than 2,000 rental units.
  • Small/Medium Holiday Companies will be open to tour operators carrying up to 80,000 pax per year and to Small/Medium Villa/Self Catering Booking Companies handling up to 2,000 rental units.
  • Homeworkers

Entry to this award is free and simple to do!  Feefo will use its award winning platform to generate feedback from your customers up until the beginning of November and, from the results, will announce the winners from the stage at the British Travel Awards Gala Dinner, which takes place on Wednesday 25 November at London’s Battersea Evolution.
